Application Monitoring Platform

- A production SaaS platform needed to move from an outdated Laravel version to a current, supported release without disrupting live service.

- Contributed to the upgrade from Laravel 5 to Laravel 11 and built an end-to-end local development environment to support consistent development across the application ecosystem.

- The platform now runs on a current Laravel release, with a reproducible local environment that supports ongoing development and maintenance.
Project Information
Application Monitoring Platform is a real-time error tracking and log management platform for Laravel and JavaScript applications. It captures exceptions and events and provides full-text search and filtering, stack traces with code highlighting, anomaly detection, alerting via email, Slack, and webhooks, custom dashboards, and long-term log archival to S3.
I contribute to the ongoing development of the platform, working across application upgrades, development infrastructure, interface improvements, authentication, and bug fixes.
What I've worked on
- Laravel 5 → 11 upgrade. Helped bring the application across six major framework versions to a current, supported release.
- End-to-end local development environment. Built the local development setup needed to run and work on the application ecosystem consistently.
- Interface improvements. Contributed to frontend improvements, including dark mode.
- Social logins. Implemented social authentication to simplify account creation and sign-in.
- Bug fixes and workflow improvements. Investigated and resolved issues across the application while improving existing processes and user flows.
